Tom is a partner whose practice consists of personal injury litigation, commercial litigation, matrimonial and family law, criminal and vehicle & traffic law defense, and civil rights defense. Tom served for 20 years with the Syracuse Police Department and was chief in-house counsel for Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation. Tom also serves as an adjunct professor in the Criminal Justice Department at Onondaga Community College.
