Andrew is one of the founding partners of the law firm, in 1977. He was appointed as Deputy Special Prosecutor for Onondaga County during August and September, 1976.
Andrew has been recognized by the New York State Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers signifying his achievement of the highest legal ability and adherence to professional standards of conduct, ethics, reliability and diligence.
