Victor has joined the firm as a partner. He has many years of litigation experience, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, in personal injury litigation and insurance coverage disputes.

He counsels individuals and corporations in commercial matters, both in and out of the courtroom. His wide variety of business clients include: auto dealerships, manufacturers, contractors, restaurant operators, store-owners and members of the medical profession.

Along with an extensive residential and commercial real estate practice, Victor also handles wills, trusts, estate planning and administration from the smallest of estates to those worth millions of dollars. Each client’s personal needs and wishes are carefully analyzed to develop the best possible estate plan, regardless of its size.

He has served as a New York State Department of Insurance Master Arbitrator (No-Fault) since 1978 and has written several thousands of decisions relating to no-fault.

He also acts as a Referee for the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct and frequently serves as a mediator or arbitrator at the request of fellow attorneys or insurance company representatives in the Upstate New York area. His success rate as a mediator is over 90%.

Victor is a well-known expert on legal ethics, professional responsibility and attorney discipline, having lectured frequently for the New York State Bar Association as well as other organizations. His practice also includes representing attorneys at all stages of the disciplinary process, including preparation of responses and appearing before disciplinary committees.
